Sarah Jane Ramos shares gym photo days after Dak Prescott wedding cancellation

Sarah Jane Ramos, the former fiancée of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, posted a photo on her Instagram Stories showing herself and a friend at the gym, captioned "Growth in all forms."[1]
The post marked one of her first on Instagram Stories since the couple's breakup became public earlier in December 2024.[1]
Prescott and Ramos called off their wedding in a joint statement to guests sent in November 2024. The event had been scheduled for April 10, 2026, at Lake Como, Italy.[2][3]
"As many of you know, our wedding is currently scheduled to take place in Lake Como, Italy, on Friday April 10, 2026. It is with heavy hearts that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding," the note stated. "We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we welcome your prayers."[2]
A representative for Ramos told People magazine the decision was mutual, with no big argument or blow-up beforehand, and that both parties were heartbroken.[3]
The couple share two daughters; their first, Madison "MJ" Jane Prescott, was born on February 16, 2024, and their second, Everly Rose Prescott, arrived in early October 2024.[4][5]
Separate reports cited sources alleging infidelity issues contributed to the split, including tensions during joint bachelor and bachelorette parties, though these claims conflict with the representative's account of a mutual decision.[6]
