Fox News Digital reported that former UFC champion Ronda Rousey made a surprise appearance in the center of the ring at All Elite Wrestling's Revolution pay-per-view event on Sunday night, following a singles match between "Timeless" Toni Storm and Marina Shafir. Cronies from both competitors' sides were banned from ringside, allowing Storm to defeat Shafir and conclude their feud.^[1]

As Storm celebrated on the entrance ramp and Shafir was attended to by members of the Death Riders stable, Rousey entered the ring and stared down Storm, motioning for the former AEW Women's World Champion to return. Storm approached the ring, leading to a confrontation that drew AEW security and referees to separate them. Shafir then attacked Storm from behind with a punch.^[1]

Rousey, who appeared to side with Shafir and the Death Riders, exited through the crowd with them. This marked Rousey's first appearance in a pro wrestling ring since teaming with Shafir to defeat Athena and Billie Starkz at Wrestling Revolver's Unscripted 6.0 event on November 4, 2023, at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia.^[2][3]

Marina Shafir, 37, is a Moldovan-American former MMA fighter who signed with AEW in 2022. She joined leader Jon Moxley's Death Riders faction, which also includes Wheeler Yuta and Claudio Castagnoli, following its formation in October 2024.^[4][5]

Toni Storm, 38, is an Australian professional wrestler who has competed in AEW since 2022. Performing as "Timeless" Toni Storm, she held the AEW Women's World Championship from May 17, 2024, to January 8, 2025.^[6][7]

Rousey, 37, is a former UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion (2013-2016, record 12-2) who transitioned to WWE in 2018, winning the Raw and SmackDown Women's Championships before her release in January 2023.^[8][9]
