Jake Paul, an American professional boxer and social media influencer born January 17, 1997, in Cleveland, Ohio, joined President Donald Trump at an event held at Verst Logistics in Hebron, Kentucky, on March 11, 2026.[1][2]

Trump, during the appearance at the logistics facility in Boone County, predicted Paul would run for office in the near future and offered his "complete and total endorsement."[3][4] "I’m going to make a prediction that you will be, in the not-too-distant future, running for political office," Trump said. "You have my complete and total endorsement."[3]

Paul, who has a professional boxing record of 11 wins and 1 loss as of his July 2024 victory over Mike Perry, praised Trump for demonstrating courage.[1][2] "What Mr. Trump has taught me is courage. We never back down from a fight, even if they’re much bigger than you," Paul said.[3]

In a subsequent interview posted to Paul's YouTube channel on March 13, 2026, Trump asked Paul if he planned to run for office. Paul replied, "I think so. I see myself as wanting to get more into this world. I believe it's the biggest way to create impact and change in America."[5][3]

Trump recounted his own entry into politics as an outsider, noting the challenges and timing constraints posed by age.[5] The pair later featured in a TikTok video posted by Paul replicating Trump's signature dance.[3]

Paul first gained prominence as a YouTuber and Vine creator before turning professional boxer in January 2020.[1]
