Dustin Rhodes, a veteran professional wrestler currently performing for All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and Ring of Honor (ROH), has expressed humility regarding potential induction into the WWE Hall of Fame.[1][2]

Rhodes is best known to WWE audiences for his portrayal of the eccentric Goldust character, which debuted on the December 26, 1995, episode of WWF Superstars, where he defeated Barry Horowitz.[3][4] The gimmick, featuring gold body paint and psychological tactics, helped Rhodes carve out a distinct identity apart from his father, the legendary Dusty Rhodes.[3]

Speaking to Fox News Digital, Rhodes, who joined AEW in 2019 after departing WWE, stated he would welcome a Hall of Fame nod but remains content with his achievements: "Absolutely. I’m a very humble guy though... I’ve had an awesome, incredible career."[1] He emphasized his renewed passion in AEW over the past seven years.

Rhodes highlighted a cherished family moment: a six-man tag team match in Kissimmee, Florida, for NXT featuring himself, Dusty Rhodes and brother Cody Rhodes together in the ring.[1][5] He noted it as his most special in-ring memory, given the rarity of all three Rhodes sharing the ring.

Cody Rhodes, a former WWE Champion and current AEW executive, previously told Fox News Digital he hoped to see his brother inducted.[1] Dustin also voiced support for Cody and his daughter, Billie Starkz, receiving similar honors.

Rhodes, 55, continues active competition, including appearances in promotions like New Japan Pro-Wrestling.[2][6]
