Actor Wayne Brady slaps Shane Taylor during AEW Revolution pre-show match

Actor Wayne Brady, known for hosting "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" and "The Masked Singer," briefly intervened in a tag team match on the Zero Hour pre-show at All Elite Wrestling's (AEW) Revolution pay-per-view event on March 9, 2025, at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.[1][2]
The match pitted Boom & Doom—consisting of social media personality "Big Boom" A.J. Kindseth, part of the "Costco Guys" viral duo, and AEW wrestler Q.T. Marshall—against The Infantry, made up of Shawn Dean and Carlie Bravo.[1][3] Shane Taylor, leader of the Shane Taylor Promotions stable aligned with The Infantry, confronted Brady seated in the front row.[2][4]
Brady and Taylor exchanged words before Brady slapped Taylor across the face, taunting him with "Now what? Now what?"[2][4] Taylor then pulled Brady over the barricade onto the floor and confronted influencer The Rizzler nearby, only to be speared by Kindseth's son, Big Justice.[3][4]
The ringside distractions allowed Boom & Doom to gain control. Marshall pinned Bravo following a 450 splash to win the match at 8:42.[1][3]
Brady later joined Boom & Doom and Q.T. Marshall in the ring to celebrate the victory.[2][4] Prior to the event, when asked about a potential finishing move, Brady replied, "Um, the b---h slap. Yeah, but it’d be in air quotes. The ‘b---h slap.’"[5]
